i still use it. has an extended battery (5310mah original) with 33% BATTERY HEALTH!!! The full capacity currently is about 1768mah and is decreasing faster than it should. (it was literally 1949mah (34% health) yesterday) im planning on buying a slice battery and a new extended battery to get 15 HOURS! of battery life! overall its a good quality and fast laptop even today (even for gaming) and ive installed a ssd and fyde os v18 on it and its very fast and battery lasts an ok time for how old and degraded it is... good laptop.

Your pilot is looking great man. Having clear lenses/lamp assemblies goes a long way to keeping a car looking fresh, and from what I see they're super cheap.

Did you also swap the ecu from auto ecu to manual ?

the GPS unit should work with any gps Sofware for WM6.1 or above there may be Sofware archive soware on the webs for this

2:39 i know im over 10 years late but this isnt true technically theyre region locked, but only for the 5 dsi exclusive games that came out for it normal games japanese english or otherwise work on japanese dsi's, i got 1 like 2 months ago and ive played an american copies of games on the japanese verison the language is locked though :/

I brought one of these in the early 2000s for school...I still have it to this day tucked away in a box somewhere. My Inspiron's speakers stopped working and they replaced the entire screen under warranty to fix it. Then a year or so later the wires which run through the screen hinge severed again. Bad design. I believe I purchased this computer because It was lightweight, you could remove the optical drive quickly to keep weight down. It also came with two different size battery's which helped with weight. From memory the chassis is magnesium, it was one of the lightest full functioning computers I could find at the time. Was a great machine for the few years I used it.

Just had a borla pro xs put on my 2019 ilx. Amazed at how deep and growly it is, however it is quiet. Looking to replace the stock res with a vibrant or borla later on in hopes it will bring just enough more sound out to hear. Definitley wont delete the res all together though lol

I'm planning to get one of these after my exams have finished and I have decided to install Windows XP on this laptop after i bought it, if it doesn't come with XP pre-installed. I will install the Mypal and Supermium browsers as Windows XP and Vista no longer have mainstream browser support. Also I'll install Panda Dome Antivirus, 7-Zip, VLC media player 3, IrfanView, EaseUS Partition Master, Total Commander and I'll also install XP-era games on a USB flash drive so that I'll plug it in my laptop and play those games.
